According to various sources, the issue of physical self-development female cadets during their training at a military acad-emy is particularly relevant today. The purpose study de-termine effectiveness an experimental factor and traditional approach education girls in forming readiness for after completing academy. Mate-rial methods. involved use such methods as analy-sis, systematization, pedagogical experiment, psychodiagnostic testing, mathematical statistics.
